Nicky Forster joined Reading in 1999 and went on to make more than 200 appearances, scoring 67 goals. He was part of the promotion side in 2002 but left Reading just before the Royals' 2005-6 Championship winning season. He talks about his time at Reading, Alan Pardew, Martin Allen, recovering from injury and goal setting - and gives his views on the current situation at the club.
