Constantly dieting is going to give you the body you want. It actually made me look worse, feel worse. Lose out on life, memories and literally dieting my life away


We are so rushed to get to this goal body 

But whats the rush? What happens when you get there?

Why can we eat so much compared to people saying they gain weight eating more than 1400 calories for example

You cant change without discomfort
