God bless you.This is a sermon preached by Pastor Tino DiSiena referencing the scriptures: Jeremiah 31: 31-34, Hebrews 8:12 & Hebrews 10:17, Isaiah 43:15, 2 Corinthians 5:19At times the Bible uses anthropomorphic language to describe God’s activities: for example, God being weary with His people and the fact that God remembers their sins no more etc. But this description of God’s human-like actions is mainly for our understanding.We, at times, make similar meaning statements like, “Angry with you? I don’t even remember why I got so upset in the first place?” or we can experience some level of amnesia because of some emotional or physical trauma.But, what about our omniscient God? Sometimes we cannot take Biblical statements too literally.
