Episode Synopsis
Emotions are very interesting. It’ll create a certain pain and tell you what you need to do to remove it, and when you do, it goes away. For example, hunger tells you to eat and when you eat, the pain goes away. Loneliness lets you to hang around others, and when you do, it goes away. But sometimes and for some people, doing what the feeling doesn’t make it go away. For some people, eating doesn’t make their hunger go away which is why they fall into a pattern of over eating. Being around others doesn’t make their lonely go away. Like a carrot on a stick the feeling make you do all these things, some times to the point of exhaustion, and not make it go away. In these situations, you have to work on the feeling itself. If you want to know how to do that, make sure to follow me and I’ll do a video on a solution to this.
