Listen "Don’t always trust the voices in your head"
Episode Synopsis
You know the voices in your head? Well they’re not always working for you. A lot of times they’re working against you to stop you from doing things. One of voices that comes up is “what’s the point.” What’s the point is very interesting, because when you say it, you may think you don’t want to do the thing. But it’s the opposite. You want to do it, but a part of your brain senses too much risk or danger, so it reasons what’s the point. You may not know what the risk or dangers are, but it’s usually the voice is of procrastination and sabotage trying to stop you. And as soon as you accept that voice, you’ve keep yourself from doing the thing. Be aware when you hear yourself say “what’s the point” b/c a part of you is trying to hold you back. Want me to decrypt the other voices in your head, follow me as I do one video like this every week.KamKnight.com
