In this week’s episode I was joined by powerlifter, gym owner and Director at Brawn Power, Andy Smith. It was great to chat with Andy as he has been involved with some exciting projects to add value to the strength training community, as well as running his own gym and online coaching business. However, none of these things have not come without their challenges. Therefore, in this episode, we chatted about his progression from personal trainer to gym owner, managing such huge projects and the positive impact Brawn is bringing to strength training community.
