The consensus #1 team in the nation is now 12-0 in SEC play and that is the best start in SEC history. Tennessee was given a fight from Missouri this weekend. Taking down the whole of the Volunteers has been proven to be a tough task. Even after jumping out to an early lead Friday night the Tigers could not keep pace with the bullpen of the Vols. Tennessee would go onto win their Friday night game and later sweep Missouri. The brooms are becoming the most popular tool at Lindsey Nelson Stadium. Tennessee now stands at 31-1 and will face Tennessee Tech in Kodak on Tuesday before welcoming in the Crimson Tide of Alabama for another SEC series.
