From Leader to Leader: Comfort is the enemy of generating money!
Often a specific situation allows us to have a source of income that gives us a certain comfort “confused with stability”; in some cases the income is the result of the salary from a job, and in other cases it can be rents, passive income generated from Internet projects, and of course a comfortable inherited economic position.
Without emphasizing any of the above life situations, whether you are a millionaire or on your way to becoming one, comfort provides a false sensation that chains your dreams, mortgages your future, and distances you from the percentage of those who do not know failure in entrepreneurship.

What is the most important question a leader must ask themselves?
Regarding the question at hand, it is important to note beforehand that several factors come into play, such as the type of leader we are dealing with, the framework in which they operate, and the objectives, which in this case we call the mission and vision. The leader can be the subject of that question externally, but in principle they must also ask it of themselves, and that is when the matter of intrinsic values appears, which are the bastion showing that the leader is consistent with their actions. A leader without values is an empty shell full of appearance. In that sense, if we assume we are facing a true leader who has convictions, is clear about their mission and vision, and is capable of having followers, the core question is whether they believe in themselves and in their people. Whether they have faith and determination to empower those who follow them, and also to contribute their best to the cause being pursued.
