I will strike her children dead, and all the churches will know that I am the one who searches hearts and minds, and I will repay each of you according to your works.
In context
21I gave her time to repent, but she is unwilling to repent of her immorality. 22Look, I will throw her onto a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of her works. 23I will strike her children dead, and all the churches will know that I am the one who searches hearts and minds, and I will repay each of you according to your works. 24But to the rest of you in Thyatira, all who do not hold this teaching and have not learned the so-called deep things of Satan, I say: I will not place any other burden on you. 25Only hold fast to what you have until I come.
