In context
1Then the dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, with ten horns and seven heads. On its horns were ten crowns, and on its heads were blasphemous names. 2The beast I saw was like a leopard, with feet like a bear’s and a mouth like a lion’s. The dragon gave it his power, his throne, and great authority. 3One of its heads seemed to have been fatally wounded, but its mortal wound had been healed. The whole earth marveled and followed the beast.
