You are capable of doing extraordinary things. The question is, what do you believe? Henry Ford famously said, whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right. Your attitude and belief in yourself will determine if you go and how far you go. Consider almost every challenge you choose to tackle starts with a belief. The way you think can direct you on a path to pursue or have you retreat to your comfort zone. In this episode, we discuss growth and fixed mindset. A fixed mindset is a mindset of limitations and a disregard for development. On the contrary, a growth mindset encourages change. Change comes from doing and leaving the door open to learning. So our greatest accomplishments are cloaked in our beliefs. Start now by making your intentions clear of what you tell yourself because what you repeatedly hear shapes your belief system. And, what you believe is what you will experience.
