How do you set goals? I think most of you have heard about or adopted the smart goals setting formula: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound. And although there has been some effectiveness to this method, the thing S.M.A.R.T goals never did was connect to our emotions, motivations, or dreams. In this week’s podcast, we discuss a framework to better align and connect you to a future of fulfilling your dreams. The BE DO Have Methodology is a mindset practice that will put you in the driver’s seat of your life. First, decide who you want to BE and start to BE the person who reached their goals. Then you DO the things that support the person you want to BE. You don’t need the “thing” or the invitation to be happy or complete in your life. And finally, you will HAVE what you desire as a result of BEing and DOing what’s in alignment with what you truly want in life.
