Listen "Baked Breaded Fish Fillets"
Episode Synopsis
Did you eat fish this week? The American Heart Association suggests that we eat fish twice a week. However, nearly half Americans eat fish only occasionally or not at all, said Harvard University School of Public Health. One of the factors that caused the low consumption of fish is uncertainty about how to prepare or cook fish. I remember myself buying packaged frozen breaded fish fillets at grocery stores years ago, simply because I thought it is complicated to cook fish at home. But not now, not any more, because I’m now much more confident in preparing and cooking fish at home. So today we are learning to make baked breaded fish fillets at home. Sounds delicious already? Let’s get started.
