111. Impulsive Running Decisions

Tom posed a question to our listeners about when you have been impulsive as a runner, whether is was signing up for a race or deciding not to start a race. We received so much feedback, so we share both our own experiences along with all of yours. Tom also walked the Annapolis Bay Bridge Run with his brother, so we get a quick recap from him.
