The major Bad Websites / Bad Web Portals are about to edge out both Twitter and Instagram on web activity.  Absorption into these bad outlets is doubling every 4-5 years. These websites are guilty of the most grotesque sexual crimes.  We discuss the right response on the part of the civil magistrate on these criminal website operators.
