1995 - Break dance time
The music project "Shema" in its current quality is the result of a ten-year journey through the amplitude intricacies, staves and semitones of musical instruments, "settings" of a drum machine, reverb and roland groovebox. Initially, the music that was created and got into various record boxes was dedicated to urban culture, in particular, these were works for "B-boys", people who are fond of dancing in the style of breakdance.
Until 2000, he performed as a dj MCD, and the music was written under the name Shema. He was one of the organizers of the rave parties "Reactor". After 2000, there was a turning point in the project. I moved to Kyiv and already as Shema I started performing at private parties. There he met his friends with whom live performances began. At that time, two musicians participated in the project: guitarists Bezhik and Milka and dj MCD.
2005 - Shema time
10 years of creative activity smoothly brings the history of the project to the direct organization of the "Shema" team, stylistically already formed and self-expressive. As musical units, the composition includes live instruments controlled by the project participants, who occupy the positions of a guitarist and bass guitarist in the composition.
It's time for fun experiments. We were invited to underground parties and raves. From 2005 to 2006 he performed on the M1 TV project as the Shema project.
2007 - Welcome to Slovakia
3000 people who lose their orientation in space, levitating and filling up to the limits of their bioboundaries with the hormone of happiness under IDM and Glitch at the Will Sonic festival in Slovakia. It is noteworthy that only two bands from the territory of the former Soviet Union were invited as participants - Jazzanova and Shema. For the project, this has become a bright part of their history, in a sense, playing a significant role in the further development. After the festival, they were invited to European television, where they performed and interviewed.
2008 - Private Party
Starting from this period, the project is supported by one person, and the activity is concentrated on the underground scene, the orientation of the project's performances is closed parties. This stirs up interest and expectations from the artist's music, promising in advance to present an unprecedented high-quality, non-commercial and intellectual sound.
After 2009 the Shema project became online. Getting started with no labels like Fusion and Datenbits.

2009 - Shema @ Datenbits
Netlabel Datenbits Recordings' interest in experimental underground sound leads the organizers to current "closed scene" artists. A closer acquaintance with the material spurs the label to make a decision to release a new release of the Shema project. Looking ahead, it is not difficult to predict that the future edition will become one of the central ones released by the label in recent times.

Since 2014, the Shema project has been playing mixed styles of IDM, Glitch and Schranz. This style continues to this day.

The Shema project, as always, is ready to delight its fans with new experiments.
