This is the Run, Chat, Repeat podcast hosted by me, Oscar.

The goal of the podcast is to learn about the everyday runners in our communities: their stories, aspirations, opinions, trials and tribulations whilst navigating the world of amateur sports. It’s by, about, and for the weekend warriors, the office athletes, the casual sportperson. Those of us who are passionate about what we do in our free time, but who probably won’t ever make a career out of it.
