So as of 2020 the legal age to buy tobacco and smoke will be 20 years old. This is the initiative that had started back in 2018 by the government in an effort to prevent underage smoking. We did a poll on our Instagram story and asked ya'll smokers when did you start smoking and unsurprisingly most start before even turning legal.
