Front Office U welcomes RJ Black!Originally from Southern California, RJ has been a football official in the NCAA since 2022 and a basketball referee in the NJCAA since 2023, with additional officiating experience at the high school level in Utah dating back to 2015. He’s worked Division II women’s basketball and NCAA football in the RMAC conference.A graduate of the University of Utah, RJ earned his Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism in 2023.
