Send us a textI don’t know why I’ve never thought of this before, but M.E. Day is becoming a thing. What is M.E. Day? It’s mental and emotional health day.Long story short, I flipped out preparing for the upcoming conference. I really didn’t realize how mentally and emotionally drained I was from preparing for the conference and ending the school year, along with, well, life in general.So I’ve decided there needs to be M.E. Day. One dedicated day to intentionally assess how I’m feeling mentally and emotionally.
