On Dark Matters Radio, October 6th, we host Mr. Douglas Morris on DMR. Douglas Morris is a 32 year veteran of the United States Diplomatic Service. Among many areas he worked in were nuclear nonproliferation; conflict resolution; democracy and elections; human rights; scientific and space cooperation; energy policy; climate change; global health security; disaster response; environmental conservation; sanction formulation and enforcement; public messaging; and cultural exchange. While enrolled at the National Intelligence College he wrote a paper, “Anomalous Human Cognition: A Possible Role Within The Crucible of Intelligence Collection.” This dealt with Remote Viewing as an intelligence tool, and Doug knew most of the people involved with Project Stargate, the RV program. Ingo Swann was a personal friend of Doug’s and when Ingo passed Doug spoke at his funeral.
