Three practical ways to maintain this connection include putting God first in everything through daily prayer and Scripture, putting God first in our finances through tithing, and desperately seeking God's kingdom in every aspect of life. When we remain connected to Jesus through obedience, we experience overflowing joy that doesn't depend on circumstances but flows from our relationship with Him.
