When we are pondering a life or career change, it is important to talk with people who are doing what we are considering. Jon Sorid is a Senior Director of supply chain strategy and execution at Johnson and Johnson (J&J). During his 23 years at J&J, he has held various supply chain roles, such as setting up global supply chains for new product launches and managing clinical trial supplies. Most recently, Jon was responsible for building capacity for an innovative cell therapy product at J&J that is transforming the lives of people with multiple myeloma. Additionally, Jon has been an American Corporate Partners (ACP) mentor for 11 years and has mentored dozens of service members transitioning from the military.
