In this episode I talk about how we are currently going through a process of spiritual awakening when old ways of being and structures are being broken down, so something new and better can be created.  This is all happening within ourselves. Our consciousness is expanding and as a result we find ourselves asking more questions about who we are, our place in the world, and is the world actually what it seems to be.  While these times may feel turbulent, you are moving in the right direction.  Towards the end of this talk I offer 3 suggestions on how to manage through these challenging times and how to open up to your own awakening.
