Dr. Ashley Gripper is the founder of Land Based Jawns (LBJ), a spiritually rooted, Black woman-owned business blending land stewardship, ancestral knowledge, and collective healing. Tanisha Barnes is a community organizer for a a gala LBJ is having in September called The Shape Change Fundraising Gala. This gala on September 19th, and will raise $500,000 to secure land, expand workshops, and grow into a fully resourced educational institution, honoring the legacy of community mentors and visionaries.
