Listen "The God of Restoration"
Episode Synopsis
We’ve all made mistakes in our faith journey and experienced regrets, but does God really want to help us or is he disappointed in us?In John 21:15-22, we see how Jesus restored one of his most passionate and influential disciples, Peter, by addressing three specific areas: pride, regret, and comparison. Maybe you can identify with Peter. His pride caused him to stumble, he experienced regrets that kept him stuck, and he dealt with comparing his faith to others which so easily became a distraction. Discover how Jesus came to restore our lives by pursuing us when we’ve fallen, giving us grace, and inviting each of us to follow him. In Jesus, we see the God of restoration. If you want to know what God is like, get to know Jesus.
