Charlotte Kemp is an international futurist keynote speaker, author, and coach known as the "Futures Alchemist," who helps organizations and leaders navigate uncertainty and co-create preferred futures. She has held prominent leadership roles, including Immediate Past President of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa (PSASA) and Immediate Past President of the Global Speakers Federation (GSF). Kemp is a member of the Association of Professional Futurists (APF) and author of the book Futures Alchemist, which introduces her Map, Compass and Guide model for futures thinking.
