What does it mean to demonstrate bravery to our families? This episode features Roy's bravery in burning down his corporate ladder after experiencing the top of it. His primary goal was to find fulfillment, but the by-product was a demonstration to his children that they too have options in finding the right path for them, no matter the age. Career paths are not linear and sometimes we have to jump completely off one path to a different path that is a better fit for the season of life that we are in.
