Anna has been studying and training over the past eighteen months so that her business is now a registered clinic able to diagnose and treat things like menopause. Her experience and expertise working as a palliative care nurse for ten years, and seeing hundreds of women in her own practice suffer because of their symptoms, has propelled her to want to shift women’s understanding about menopause to know that they don’t need to battle on thinking there’s no other way.
We discuss the challenges many women face from a physical and psychological perspective, and how many women fear they’ll never feel good about themselves again. We dive into why women need to be informed about changes and advancements in HRT and know what options they have to build strong health.

Anna has worked as a palliative care nurse in an emergency hospital for ten years and alongside this runs her own aesthetics business, Anna Aesthetics. Over her eight years building this business she’s worked with a wide range of women and learned firsthand the challenges many of them experience with their confidence and happiness because of their health. This propelled her to create a 360 approach to helping women feel and look good, and she recently became registered with the care quality commission so that she is now a regulated facility - aligning her ability to carry out medical treatments with cosmetic treatments.
Anna has been training to help women through perimenopause and menopause so that they can make informed decisions about the type of medical and lifestyle treatments that are right for them as they navigate this challenging season of their lives.
Anna is an advocate for menopause awareness and HRT, and empowers women to have choice over their health and take a holistic approach to live a great life.
