Living alone during this pandemic can be exceptionally difficult. So make some extra efforts to fill your social calendar. Have a virtual dinner date. Schedule time to eat and commiserate while on a video call with a friend. Meet for some social distanced exercise. Walk, run or bike ride 6 ft apart. Even with some space, they will still be able to hear about your day. Arrange a movie night. Grab the popcorn and a delicious drink.
