Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 12. I will then introduce you to my special guest for the day - Rakesh Christian. Rakesh is a returning guest - having previously shared his testimony on Episode 327 - which aired on June 4, 2023. Rakesh has graciously accepted the invitation to come on this podcast on a recurring basis. On today's podcast Rakesh will share the verse he has selected (verse 1) from Proverb 12 - Whoever loves instruction loves knowledge, But he who has correction is stupid. He will then briefly summarize what he had previously stated on his earlier testimony. He will share how reading the proverb of the day every day and reading 5 psalms a day (so that one can complete each of these two book each month) was so key to his growth in the Lord. He then discusses how IAGs (inter-active groups) - a requirement of 2nd year students at Charis Bible College helped him prepare for speaking in front of either a group of people or in one-on-one conversations.
