Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 23. I will then key in on verse 12 - Apply your heart to discipline, And your ears to words of knowledge. Friends, when I think of discipline in this context I think of the importance of reading scripture every single day - even if it is only for 10-15 minutes. Romans 10:17 tells us that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. On today's podcast we will continue our study of the Book of the minor prophet Hosea. Today we will be completing the 12th chapter. By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:
1. I am the Lord your God.
2. I have also spoken by the prophets.
3. Apply your heart to discipline, And your ears to words of knowledge.
