I will then key in on verses 1-3 - When you sit down to eat with a ruler, Consider carefully what is before you; And put a knife to your throat If you are a man given to appetite. Do not desire his delicacies, For they are deceptive food. On today's podcast we will be continuing our study of the minor prophet Hosea. Prior to beginning today's lesson I will review the three points discussed on Thursday's podcast (Episode 644). On today's lesson we will be completing Chapter 8. By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:
1. They sow the wind and reap the whirlwind.
2. They have become for him altars of sinning.
3. I will send fire upon his cities.
