In Episode 76 we talk about the complexity of spiritual rebirth. Just like literal birth, spiritual rebirth is messy and can expose a lot of the fear we're holding. The profound shift of the rebirth process is bringing more love through expansion and flow into the contraction and stagnation of our fear. This is an extremely powerful meditation to help you shift out of fear and into love through the power of song, breath, affirmation and intention.
