We're attempting to recreate a brew based on the ancient residues found in her birch bark pot, containing wheat, lingonberries, honey, bog myrtle, and linden pollen. Dressed as Vikings in our longhouse workshop, we take you through the entire process, from mashing grains over an open fire to the first taste test with our brave guests.
