All five Connecticut members of the U.S. House voted against the bill to end the federal government shutdown. The five Democratic lawmakers were on the losing side, as the Republican led House approved the bill last night and sent it to President Trump's desk for his signature. We spoke with Congressman Jim Himes following the news overnight.
