As an avid meditator for over 25 years I have enjoyed meditation and breathwork from many different teachers and styles. Some of the benefits of a regular meditation practice include reduced stress, increase self-awareness and less anxiety.
My LIVE Breathe with Barbara sessions are a mixture of my background and experience and may include the practices:
• EFT (tapping) • Qigong or gentle movement • Forgiveness • Self-compassion • Self-love
• Affirmation • Guided meditation
