With over a decade at Shiloh Baptist Church in Virginia before, he's served in various leadership roles, including as Director of Christian Education. Dr. Lee holds a Doctorate of Ministry and Master of Divinity from Virginia Union University. He's also involved with Baptist associations and enjoys reading, golf, fishing, and staying updated on technology trends. Married to Cynthia J. Adkins, he's the son of Jerome Lee, Sr. and Sandra Y. Packett and has one brother, Jeffrey J. Lee.
