Preston guesses the plot to Sinners (2025), a vampire film set in 1932 Mississippi. This film has loads of historical and cultural commentary, as well as an amazing soundtrack that blends Delta Blues with Irish Folk music. Making a deeply thoughtful vampire film in such a setting was a tall order, but this movie knocked it out of the park. Written/Directed by Ryan Coogler (Fruitvale Station, Creed, Black Panther) and starring Michael B. Jordan (The Wire, Friday Night Lights, Creed), Hailee Steinfeld (True Grit, Hawkeye, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse), and Jack O'Connell (Eden Lake, Skins, '71, Unbroken).Enjoy!!!
