Erica has a passion for helping people and she herself a trauma survivor both in her young life as well as an adult. Erica speaks of trauma, and the poly-vagal industry and integrating into therapy. Finally, Erica shares with us an exciting treatment modality called Internal Family Systems. This evidence based therapy is a different take on popular trauma treatments like EMDR and CBT etc. It is based on the newest research on trauma and how to treat trauma.
