Kenton Low is The  Dean of BCIT's School  of Business & Media & a BOARD Director & Advisor & joined BCIT in February, 2022.Born and raised in Vancouver Educated at UBC with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and UCLA  with a Master of Business Administration Degree.Chosen by BCIT  because of his extensive background in business & education.  Kenton held roles including Chief Marketing Officer for both Vancity andRitchie Bros. Auctioneers, President of New Media BC and CEO for RobeezFootwear. Before returning to Vancouver, Kenton spent 25 years in Californiawhere he served as President for Universal Studios Online and Corporate ChiefMarketing Officer for Universal Studios. Kenton was also Vice President atDisney’s Internet Group, Disney Interactive, and Walt Disney Imagineering wherehe led international development and coordinated the activities of a multi-disciplinary team that resulted in approval to build Hong Kong Disneyland.As an educator, Kenton has taught strategic planning, marketing, and customerexperience courses at corporate training programs and North Americanuniversities, including UBC’s Sauder School of Business.Away from the business community, Kenton has served as a board member fororganizations including United Way, Junior Achievement, the H.R.
