Today, I’m joined by functional nutritional therapist, clinical herbalist, and yoga teacher China Rose Zamora. She has almost 25 years of experience in the holistic health field and knew from a very young age that she was called to plant medicine. China Rose is on a mission to help women discover ways to nourish themselves deeply and feel connected with that process.
