Join Johanna and Stephanie as they talk about how movement can be medicine during times of transitions and shifts. Stephanie guides listeners through a short practice that you can do from child’s pose before or after your yoga practice or as a seated meditation.
Stephanie Acosta is a NYC/NJ 500 hour Puerto Rican /Ecuadorian Certified Yoga instructor. She is single Mom & Founder of Yogis Unidos: A Latinx Based Yoga Community. Stephanie has been teaching since 2016 and practicing since 2010. She strongly believes in affordable, accessible and inclusivity when it comes to your yoga practice. She stands firm when she says Yoga Is for ALL Bodies. As a teacher she wants her students to feel empowered every time they step on and off the mat.
