We might assume that if people are sitting next to us at church, they are born again believers. That may be true, but it may not be true. They may be searching and are giving church a try. Or maybe they once served the Lord but got hurt and left, and now they are returning to see if the people in this church might be different. Or maybe they are attending because a family member invited them. Or maybe they are born again but are hurting and in need of ministry. Any way you slice it, we need to be ready to minister to those we meet at church, and it all starts with extending a hand and introducing ourselves with a heart listening for the opportunity to minister to and encourage others in the Lord.
