This eighty-fourth (84th) episode welcomes Dr. Kelli Hefner to the podcast as she takes time out of her schedule to sit down and talk about the college's "Earning Your Stripes" program that was instituted by the Employee Development committee last year. In the interview, Hefner talks about how the program came to be, how someone can earn stripes and how someone can suggest for their programs or events be considered as stripe-earning opportunities for Northeast employees. In the second half of the podcast, Amy Marolt-Alred stops in to talk about the re-chartering of the Future Farmers of America chapter on campus and what it means to the alumni and supports of the organization. In addition to talking about some of her incoming freshmen, Alred shares an interesting story about how she met one of her FFA members. Between the segments, Will Kollmeyer gives a rundown of all the events that are happening on campus before the beginning of the school year and some major dates that people need to know about when they return to campus.
