She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas and graduated from St. Mary's University and South Texas College of Law. She practiced law until she decided to devote her efforts to full time mothering and, with the support of her husband Wade, became a full time author. To date, she has completed ten books. Rose and Wade make their home in Houston, Texas.
