Be You is the national mental health in education initiative in Australia delivered by Beyond Blue, in collaboration with Early Childhood Australia and Headspace. Be You supports educators from early learning services and schools to develop a positive, inclusive and resilient learning community where every child, young person, educator and family can achieve their best possible mental health. In this episode, I have the pleasure of chatting with Julian Jefferys who for over 20 years, has been immersed in international education and more recently, mental health. Having worked across six different countries, he has gained a unique global perspective on education and how to prepare young people for the 21st Century.
