One of the biggest issues I've dealt with in the past and what I see women continue to struggle with is the idea of food guilt and shame. We've been taught by Hollywood and commercials that carbs are bad, we should eat as little food as possible, and some of our favorite foods will make us fat. Not only is this damaging but it's just not true.
