In episode 21, the Vision-Nari is Richa Shrivastava. Richa is the managing partner at Maker’s Asylum, a collaborative makerspace and innovation hub. During the covid crisis, when businesses were struggling to survive, the team of Maker’s Asylum self isolated at the space to find solutions for the crisis. That’s when the idea of face shields came up. They quickly made a prototype and tested various versions with doctors and finally arrived at a design which was cheap, easy to scale, and could be made with materials available locally.
