710 KURV’s News Director Tim Sullivan announced his retirement after over 40 years in radio broadcasting.Mission Economic Development Corporation, CEO Teclo Garcia gave us an economic update from Mission.Jaime Longoria, Executive Director of the Hidalgo County Community Service Agency talked about how they are helping residents get out of poverty.Local water advocate Sonny Hinojosa talked about the water that Mexico released to the U.S. and if it will benefit local agriculture. Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz talked about passing her 6th piece of legislation and how she continues to work for the residents in her district.
